Jana Poddaná is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in dispute resolution, enforcement of bad debt and other receivables, law of distress and insolvency law.

Jana joined Havel, Holásek & Partners as a legal assistant in 2005 during her studies at the Charles University Faculty of Law in Prague. After graduation, she worked with Havel, Holásek & Partners as a junior associate.
