Blanka Holecová

Senior Associate

Blanka Holecová is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in real estate law, commercial and corporate law, legal audits, acquisitions and divestitures.

In the field of acquisitions and sale of immovables, Blanka has been involved in several major transactions on both the buy and sell sides, concerning in particular the acquisition or sale of shopping centres, office buildings, industrial plants and logistic facilities.
In real estate law, she is particularly experienced in lease transactions.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2007, Blanka worked as a legal assistant at Clifford Chance. She also worked as a legal assistant and trainee attorney at NWD Legal, where she practiced commercial law, corporate law and labour law.
