Jan Vytiska

Jan is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specialises in representing clients before courts of justice and arbitration tribunals and in dispute analysis within legal due diligence investigations. 

In the field of dispute resolution, he primarily focuses on representing clients before Czech courts of justice in civil, commercial and labour disputes as well as before arbitration tribunals, namely the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. In his practice, he specialises primarily in representing Czech and German clients.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2010, Jan worked for two years as a junior associate at the Prague branch of the international legal and professional services firm Rödl & Partner. In addition to representing clients before courts of justice and arbitration tribunals, he has focused on the law of contracts, corporate law, leasing law and real estate law.
