Barbora Šípová

Senior Associate

Barbora Šípová is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in public sector law, specifically in public procurement, PPP projects and energy law.

In the area of public procurement and PPP projects, Barbora focuses primarily on advising contracting authorities in connection with the complete administration of their tender procedures, advising contractors on completing their tenders for public contracts and preparing expert analyses on related issues.

In the field of energy law, she focuses on advising investors in connection with photovoltaic installations.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2005, Barbora worked as a legal assistant at a local law firm.
