Jan Pavelka

Senior Associate

Jan Pavelka is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specialises in corporate law, with a special emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, financial law, tax-motivated transactions, EU law, and mainly international tax planning. He was involved in the implementation of complex restructurings of major local and international holding structures. In addition, Jan also provides comprehensive legal services to the firm’s private clients.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2008, Jan worked for two years at Novák & Sabolová, a law firm associated with the advisory group Tacoma.
