Jan Krejsa
Jan Krejsa is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specialises in tax law, international transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, collective investments and private equity. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, he has recently advised sellers and buyers on transactions in the sectors of banking and financial services, energy, development, heavy industry and private equity.
In the field of tax law, Jan has expertise in direct taxation (including international tax planning), VAT, excise taxes and taxes related to immovable properties.
Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2010, Jan worked at the Czech Government Office (department of entrepreneurial environment and legislation, section of the vice-premier for economy), as a junior lawyer at a Prague-based law firm and as an in-house tax expert with Generali PPF Holding, where he was responsible for the tax management of the holding company and its subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and in the CEE region.
