Dagmar Bicková

Senior Associate

Dagmar Bicková is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in pharmaceutical and healthcare law (including ethical aspects), advertising law, personal data protection, intellectual property law, public procurement, competition, and the law of contract.

In the field of pharmaceutical and healthcare law, Dagmar has advised all types of the market players involved, including drug producers and distributors, hospitals, physicians, and advertising agencies.

In the field of public procurement, she has advised contractors, mainly in connection with the preparation of bids, participation in tender procedures, contract negotiations, as well as objection and review procedures.

In the field of competition law, Dagmar has provided clients with comprehensive legal advisory on cartel law and dominancy issues.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2011, Dagmar Bicková worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic and two major Czech law firms.
