Zuzana Šimonovská

Zuzana Šimonovská is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in IP law and unfair competition,  IT law and matters related to domain names.

In the field of IP law, Zuzana specifically deals with trademark and industrial design registrations and portfolio management, the preparation of contractual documents regarding all types of use and disposal of rights to intangible property, and assistance in defining IP protection and value increase strategies, both at a local and at an international level. She has also advised on copyright, licensing agreements on artistic and literary work, and regarding the marketing activities of clients. In IT law, she advises on matters relating to software legal regulation and implementation, personal data protection, domain name registration, and related disputes.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2011, Zuzana worked at the Prague office of Becker & Poliakoff, where she specialised in IP/IT law.
