Petr Opletal

Senior Associate

Petr Opletal is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specialises in judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings and in restructuring and insolvency.

Petr has acted for clients in many judicial proceedings, including insolvency and administrative proceedings, with a particular focus on building permit procedures. During his career, he has been involved in a number of transactions acting for both sellers and buyers, particularly in the field of real estate, and has also advised on matters in the area of labour and corporate law, and other areas of law.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2011, Petr worked at a reputable Czech law firm and, subsequently, he also worked at a reputable International law firm.
