Lenka Růžičková

Lenka Růžičková is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in representing clients before courts of justice and arbitration tribunals and in securities and international private law. In the field of dispute resolution, she primarily focuses on representing clients before Czech courts of justice in civil and commercial disputes relating to bills of exchange as well as before arbitration tribunals, namely the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. In her practice, she specialises primarily in representing Czech and English clients.

Before re-joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2011, Lenka worked in the field of justice in 2007-2010. At the Regional Court of Justice in Brno, Business Section, Bills of Exchange, where she passed the judiciary exams, she specialised in securities, namely the law of bills of exchange, incident disputes and the implementation of international private law EU legislation on commercial disputes. In 2006, she won an internship with the largest Scandinavian law firm Bech – Bruun in Denmark, where she specialised in competition law.
