Robert Nešpůrek

Robert Nešpůrek is a partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, competition law, intellectual property law, and telecommunications and information technology law.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Robert focuses in particular on transactions in the sectors of information technology, consumer goods, services, the automotive industry and engineering. He also has substantial experience in advising private equity and venture capital funds. In the sector of electronic communications and information technology, Robert has advised clients on laws applicable to software, supply and implementation of IT solutions, IT outsourcing, regulation of electronic communications and personal data protection. Issues of competition law, Czech as well as European, constitute an important part of Robert’s legal practice. Robert received an LL.M. degree in European Commercial Law at Radboud University Nijmegen in 1998.

Before establishing Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2001, Robert Nešpůrek worked at the Prague office and also briefly at the London office of one of the leading international law firms.
