Michael Mullen is a partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners. His clients include nearly 30 Fortune 500 companies, corporations listed on foreign stock exchanges, private equity funds and manufacturing, real estate and pharmaceutical companies. Michael specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity / venture capital, real estate law, legal audits and legal due diligence investigations, unfair competition, energy and healthcare.

Typical projects Michael Mullen manages include advisory to major Czech and international companies and private equity funds on acquisitions and divestitures and purchase and sale of companies, real estate, and assets including advisory on the financing of these transactions. In addition, Michael regularly advises foreign companies on their entry into the Czech market.

Michael leads the firms Anglo-American practice serving clients from Anglo-American Jurisdictions.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2003, Michael worked for more than seven years with leading international law firms, such as Altheimer & Gray and White & Case, in Chicago, Prague, Istanbul and Bucharest.
