Jan Holásek
Jan Holásek is a founding partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners.
Jan specializes in real estate and construction, environmental law, foreign investments, greenfield and brownfield investments and infrastructure and PPP projects, and leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, providing legal services in the field of real estate, construction and development.
His clients include private sector companies, developers, real estate investors and funds, banks, construction companies, architecture and design studios, governmental and international institutions, municipalities and high-income private investors in real estate projects.
Before establishing Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2001, Jan worked for more than six years at a prominent international and a local law firm based in Prague.
