Daniel Uličný
Daniel Uličný is a partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specializes in judicial, administrative and arbitral proceedings, and is co-responsible for legal advisory to the firm’s French- and Italian-speaking clients. Daniel’s clients include, inter alia, major banks in the Czech Republic, as well as foreign investors pursuing disputes before Czech courts or in international arbitration. Daniel is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, and a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Czech Bar Association.
Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners, Daniel Uličný worked with the leading law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and as an in-house banking litigation lawyer at Komerční banka (member of the Societe Generale group).
