Václav Audes

Partner

Václav Audes is a partner of at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity / venture capital, legal audits and legal due diligence, competition law, energy law, transport (particularly aviation law) and healthcare.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Václav has advised both sellers and buyers, and has also advised clients on the formation of joint ventures and restructurings of groups of companies (including transformations), primarily in the sectors of transport (mainly aviation), healthcare, media and telecommunications, internet trading and the automotive industry.

Václav has represented numerous multinational investors in proceedings before the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition in connection with acquisitions in the Czech and Slovak Republics, and has advised clients on complex cartel and dominance issues.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2005, Václav worked in the Prague office of Gide Loyrette Nouel.
