Dušan Sedláček

partner

Dušan Sedláček is a partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specializes in litigation and arbitration, insolvency proceedings, corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.

Dušan has represented Czech and foreign clients in various litigation and arbitration proceedings, both as claimants and defendants. In addition, he serves as an arbitrator and also as an expert in expertise proceedings under the ICC Rules.

In the field of insolvency and restructuring, Dušan Sedláček has recently been involved in numerous cases, representing creditors in insolvency proceedings, advising companies in financial difficulties, etc.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2008, Dušan Sedláček worked for five years with Salans and for three years with Altheimer & Gray.
