Ondřej Petr
Ondřej Petr is a partner of Havel, Holásek & Partners responsible for the firm’s banking, finance and capital market practice. He specializes in domestic and international banking and capital market transactions, financial regulation, restructuring and insolvency. Ondřej has recently advised clients on acquisition, export and project financing.
Before re-joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2009, Ondřej Petr worked for three years as senior counsel with the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) in London, where he advised international investment banks on market standards, documentation and regulation of securities issues and trading. Ondřej was associated with Havel, Holásek & Partners from 2001 to 2005; he focused on banking, finance and capital market law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency law. Among numerous other projects, he was involved in negotiations regarding the redrafting of the conditions of the D47 motorway PPP project and the Union banka bankruptcy. Ondřej started his legal career with Linklaters in Prague.

- non-bank mezzanine financing of photovoltaic installations
- on-going legal advisory to a foreign bank’s branch regarding new financing transactions and restructuring of existing financings
