Daniela Kozáková

Daniela Kozáková is a managing associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in real estate and construction law, commercial and corporate law and industrial facilities, and provides legal services mainly to foreign investors.

In the area of acquisitions and sales of real estate, Daniela has been involved in numerous transactions on both the sell and buy sides. These transactions mainly entailed acquisitions and sales of shopping centres, office buildings and industrial and logistic sites, including several acquisitions of real estate projects in financial difficulty.

In the area of real estate and construction law, Daniela is particularly experienced in the construction and development of residential projects and shopping centres and the lease of commercial premises.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2008, Daniela worked for several years at the Prague branches of prominent foreign law firms, such as Lovells and Gide Loyrette Nouel.

TRANSACTIONS

• advising a major Czech real estate fund on the management of a portfolio of its projects in the Czech Republic
• advising one of the largest European real estate funds on its investments in real estate projects in the Czech Republic, including on the acquisition, financing and lease of an office building in Prague
• advising an Italian investor on a contemplated acquisition of a shopping centre in the Czech Republic
• advising a major Czech financial institution on the sale of its office building in Prague
• advising a Dutch investment group on the reorganisation, financing and sale of its projects in the Czech Republic
• advising a leading manufacturer of car accessories on the lease of its main warehouse within a large logistic zone in the Czech Republic
