Ondřej Trubač

Counsel

Ondřej Trubač is a counsel at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specialises in administrative law, tax procedural law and tax criminal law.

In the field of tax procedural law, Ondřej primarily focuses on representing clients before tax administrators in tax proceedings.

In the field of administrative law and administrative judiciary, Ondřej specialises in representing clients before administrative courts, in particular in proceedings involving lawsuits against decisions of administrative authorities. In the context of tax law, he deals with the issues of tax criminal law and the related legal concepts, such as “effective regret”.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners, Ondřej worked at the Czech tax consultancy firm, where he primarily focused on tax procedural law.
