Pavol Poláček
Pavol Poláček is a managing associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specialises in real estate, development and construction and dispute resolution.
In the field of real estate and construction law, Pavol primarily focuses on legal due diligence investigations of the status of immovables and drafting contractual documentation in connection with acquisitions, sales, leases and construction of immovable properties.
In the field of dispute resolution, he primarily focuses on representing clients before courts of justice and arbitration tribunals in all stages of proceedings, including litigation planning and procedural strategies.
Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners, Pavel was a partner at a major Slovak law firm. He completed internships at Thieffry & Associés in Paris, France, in the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium and in the Slovak National Council in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. In 2008, he worked for four months at Yulchon, a law firm in Seoul, South Korea. He assisted with the incorporation of the first European company (Societa Europaea) in Slovakia.
