Veronika Plešková

Senior Associate

Veronika Plešková is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. She specialises in labour law, immigration law and commercial law, as well as on social security law.

In the field of labour law, Veronika focuses on providing legal advice on the formation and termination of employment, drafting employment-related documentation, creating internal guidelines for employers, remuneration issues, M&A and labour-law due diligence investigations.

In the field of immigration law, Veronika advises foreign companies that employ expatriates in their Czech subsidiaries.

Veronika Plešková also lectures and publishes articles on various labour-law issues.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2009, Veronika Plešková worked for almost one year in the Prague office of the international law firm Gleiss Lutz.
