Lukáš Kubec is a senior associate at Havel, Holásek & Partners. He specializes in litigation, including collection of bad debts.

In the field of litigation, Lukáš focuses primarily on the collection of receivables of leading banks in the Czech and Slovak Republics, as well as the administration of credit debt portfolios.

Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners in 2011, Lukáš worked for more than two years in a leading law firm in Brno, where he focused on the law of obligations, litigation and debt collection.
