The Slovak office of Havel, Holásek & Partners moves to the attractive city district of Zuckermandel, located under Bratislava Castle

Havel, Holásek & Partners has changed the seat of its Bratislava office. From 1 July 2017, clients can find us at Žižkova 7803/9 in the attractive city district of Zuckermandel under Bratislava Castle.

“By relocating our seat to these exclusive office premises, we reflect the fact that our Bratislava office is an important and constantly developing part of the Havel, Holásek & Partners group. Since 2008 when we founded the Bratislava office, it has been our main contact point not only for Slovak clients, but also for Czech and foreign clients doing business in Slovakia. Accordingly, our goal is to also create in Slovakia the best background for our clients as well as for our lawyers and other employees,” says Havel, Holásek & Partners’ managing partner Jaroslav Havel to the change of the Bratislava office’s seat.

“In the Czech Republic, we have moved furthest of all law firms in terms of client and work environment. We also believe that the relocation of our Bratislava office to the Zuckermandel district with a convenient location in the city centre, full amenities, good transport accessibility, and all the comforts inside the user-friendly interior of the building, with a timeless design custom made exclusively for us by renowned architect Štěpán Wicherek, will be of great benefit to our clients and employees,” adds Jaroslav Havel.

Relocation of the Bratislava office from the office building Green Point Offices to the polyfunctional city centre Zuckermandel follows on the relocation of our offices in the Czech Republic. In 2014, the Havel, Holásek & Partners group relocated its headquarters to Prague’s Florentinum – a building which has been awarded the best office space in Central and Eastern Europe in the prestigious international competition Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards. The sixth, and a substantial part of the seventh floor where the firm is based was modified from a functional and aesthetic point of view to meet the demanding needs of a top law firm. Our office premises have been awarded in this year’s Office of the Year competition as the best working environment in the Czech Republic among law firms. The firm also has a top working environment in Brno, where it moved to the modern administrative complex Titanium in the city centre in 2015.
