Havel, Holásek & Partners again named Czech Republic Law Firm of the Year 

Havel, Holásek & Partners has been named Czech Republic Law Firm of the Year 2012 by Who’s Who Legal and has gained this recognition for the second consecutive year. Who’s Who Legal lists the leading lawyers in each field based exclusively on the findings of an independent research process. Six lawyers from Havel Holásek & Partners were listed across four practice areas in the publication.

First published in 1996, Who's Who Legal has been a highly respected source of legal information from over 100 national jurisdictions. Only lawyers who score most highly according to the independent international research criteria are listed. For 2012, Havel, Holásek & Partners was awarded Czech Republic Law Firm of the Year, thus repeating its success of last year. The awards are based on a number of factors, including general feedback received in the research process, past performance in the research and the overall aggregate number of weighted votes cast in favour of the firm and its lawyers. The research process encompasses feedback from private practitioners, clients and other experts in the sector. The winners are formally announced in The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers 2012, acompendium edition of all the individual Who’s Who Legal publications, which is released in June and covers 31 practice areas and over 100 countries.
