Havel, Holásek & Partners has welcomed on board a new senior associate, Eva Pilařová. In her new position, Eva will specialise primarily in real estate law and construction law, renewable energy law and environmental law. Eva Pilařová has extensive experience advising Czech, German, Austrian and British clients. Before joining Havel, Holásek & Partners, Eva Pilařová worked for several years at a Czech law firm and at the Prague office of the foreign law firm Schőnherr, where she gained extensive experience advising foreign clients. In the field of real estate law, she advised on the construction, operation and lease of office buildings, logistic centres and shopping centres. In recent years, she has been involved in a number of transactions in the field of renewable resources, on both the selling and the buying side, involving the acquisition of the photovoltaic power plant, wind power plant and biogas power plant projects. Eva Pilařová graduated from Charles University Law Faculty, where she earned her Doctor of Law (JUDr.) in 2008. Eva Pilařová is a member of the Czech Bar Association and speaks fluent English and German.
