For our clients from English-speaking countries, we have created a specialised Anglo-American advisory team coordinated by Michael Mullen, a U.S.-qualified partner who gained considerable transactional experience at top U.S. law firms in Chicago and Prague. Two other team members are solicitors registered in England. All of the team members are fluent in English. Key team members have considerable experience from their previous engagements with leading U.K. and U.S. law firms such as Linklaters, Freshfields, Hogan Lovells, Norton Rose, White & Case, Squire Sanders & Dempsey, Salans, Dewey & LeBoeuf and Altheimer & Gray; some of them studied at U.K., U.S. or Australian universities.
