Legal advice to HP Invest, owner of Euronics

Havel, Holásek & Partners provided comprehensive legal advice to HP Invest during the acquisition of a 20% share in the Czech electronics retailer Datart International. The French company Darty sold a 60% share in Datart for EUR 5 million (CZK 139 million) back to its founders. The shareholders that purchased the 60% share from Darty then sold 20% to HP Invest, which operates the Euronics network. Datart operates 42 retail electronics shops in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the e-shops Datart.cz and Datart.sk.
