Advising on the sale of an industrial park

Havel, Holásek & Partners advised UNILEVER ČR, one of the biggest manufacturers of food and personal and household care products, on the sale of the old industrial park of Povltavské Tukové Závody in Nelahozeves.

The industrial park was acquired by Wet Wipes International, a manufacturer of moist towelettes. The value of the transaction totalled approx.  CZK 1.5 billion.
