Havel, Holásek & Partners advised on the sale of ČSOB a leading pension fund administrator in Slovakia.

The acquisition of ČSOB by Poštová banka is subject to clearance by the National Bank of Slovakia and the Slovak Antimonopoly Office. The transaction is expected to be closed in a few months.
