Seminars are held free of charge on topics relating to current legal issues or reflecting our clients’ needs and wishes. Business breakfast focused on risks and liability of authorised representatives and directors and relating insurance options

On 13 May 2010, Prague’s Kings Court hotel hosted a business breakfast organised by Havel, Holásek & Partners focused on topical commercial and employment law issues. The topic discussed was the risks and liability of authorised representatives and directors and the related insurance options. The clients of Havel, Holásek & Partners could thus learn about the rights and obligations of authorised representatives and their liability and about risk management issues, liability insurance, etc.

Seminar on the topic of New rules for vertical agreements

On 10 June 2010, the Kings Court hotel hosted a seminar organised by Havel, Holásek & Partners on the topic of block exemptions for vertical agreements and the notice published in this respect by the European Commission in April 2010. The seminar covered the new rules applicable to vertical agreements, as well as changes in the distribution system. The speakers, experts from Havel, Holásek & Partners, were: Robert Nešpůrek, partner; Robert Neruda, head of the competition law team; and Lenka Gachová, specialist in competition law.
